1. Refund Eligibility

You submit a valid refund request with a clear reason within the eligible time frame.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Please note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
More than 3 calendar days have passed since your purchase.
You have completed or accessed a significant portion of the content (live or recorded).
You signed up under a non-refundable discounted offer or time-limited promotion.
You fail to attend the sessions without prior notice or justification.
You request a refund due to reasons unrelated to our service (e.g., schedule conflicts, change of mind, financial constraints after purchase).
