  • You genuinely found the program misaligned with your expectations, despite completing the initial materials.

  • You submit a valid refund request with a clear reason within the eligible time frame.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Please note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • More than 3 calendar days have passed since your purchase.

  • You have completed or accessed a significant portion of the content (live or recorded).

  • You signed up under a non-refundable discounted offer or time-limited promotion.

  • You fail to attend the sessions without prior notice or justification.

  • You request a refund due to reasons unrelated to our service (e.g., schedule conflicts, change of mind, financial constraints after purchase).

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email Address

  • Payment Receipt or Transaction ID

  • Reason for Refund Request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

We aim to maintain fairness and protect both our learners and our brand integrity. If a refund request is denied and you still have concerns, we encourage open communication for a mutual resolution.
